Become A Partner with dufresne ministries

We extend an invitation to you to prayerfully consider becoming a partner with this ministry. As Paul stated in Philippians 1:5-8, in the Amplified translation:

“[I thank my God] for your fellowship (your...cooperation and contributions and partnership) in advancing the good news (the Gospel).…

And I am convinced and sure of this very thing, that He Who began a good work in you will continue until the day of Jesus Christ [right up to the time of His return], developing [that good work] and perfecting and bringing it to full completion in you.

It is right and appropriate for me to have this confidence and feel this way about you all, because you have me in your heart and I hold you in my heart as partakers and sharers...with me, of grace (God’s unmerited favor and spiritual blessing)….

For God is my witness how I long for and pursue you all with love, in the tender mercy of Christ Jesus [Himself]!”

From this passage, we see that partnership is a two-way street — they received from Paul, and he received from them.

Paul said they had him in their heart — there was a divine connection. He stated that the fellowship of his partners with the ministry was expressed through their cooperation and contributions. They cooperated with Paul by praying for him — their faith and prayers helped him in spreading the Gospel. He also stated that they contributed to him financially, for love is an act; when you love someone and have them in your heart, you do something — you contribute. As a result, they became partakers and sharers of the same grace that was upon him, and by that grace, their needs could be met.

Likewise, when someone partners with this ministry, it’s because they have us in their heart — there’s a divine connection by the Spirit of God. Partners cooperate with this ministry by helping with their prayers and contributing financially. As a result, they become sharers and partakers of the same grace that is on this ministry, and by that grace, their needs can be met, and they will also receive the same reward that this ministry receives. The Gospel, the messages we preach, contributes to the “good work” God is doing in the lives of our partners; the Word we preach has a voice in their lives and makes a divine deposit in them, and their lives are added to and enhanced.

Partnership is a two-way street

Since partnership is a two-way street, the role this ministry has in partnership is to be faithful to preach the Gospel. As we do, the needs of our partners can be met. Also, we are to pray for our partners as Paul prayed for his, because they are in our heart.

The role of our partners is to receive of the Gospel we preach and to receive of the grace that is on this ministry by being in meetings and by feeding on our ministry materials. They have a right to put a demand on that grace with their faith so their needs can be met. Our partners are also to cooperate with us and help us through their prayers, as well as by contributing financially.
